These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Bridge GRC website, platform, and services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Bridge GRC ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By creating an account, accessing our platform, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you are using our Services on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Description of Services
Bridge GRC provides AI-powered governance, risk, and compliance platforms including but not limited to:
- AI Compliance Engine for automated document review and audit readiness
- Risk Intelligence for real-time risk scoring and management
- Controls Assessment for continuous testing and gap analysis
- VAPT and Configuration Review services
- Cybersecurity Project Management tools
- Custom AI solutions tailored to organizational needs
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Bridge GRC is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized account access due to your failure to safeguard your credentials.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Services to:
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or interfere with Service operations
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services
- Use the Services for any purpose other than its intended business use
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Services — including software, algorithms, AI models, designs, text, graphics, and trademarks — are owned by Bridge GRC and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services during your subscription period.
6. Data Ownership
You retain ownership of all data you input into the platform ("Customer Data"). Bridge GRC does not claim ownership of Customer Data. We process your data solely to provide the Services and as described in our Privacy Policy. We will not use Customer Data to train our AI models without your explicit consent.
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability of our Services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable advance notice. We are not liable for temporary unavailability due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bridge GRC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Services.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated with at least 30 days' notice via email or through the platform. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
